Appointment of WWF-Singapore CEO

The World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF-Singapore) Board of Directors today announced the appointment of R. Raghunathan as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with immediate effect.

Singapore, 24 April 2020 - The World Wide Fund for Nature Singapore (WWF-Singapore) Board of Directors today announced the appointment of R. Raghunathan as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with immediate effect.

He was managing his own consulting business until recently and previously, a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore.

With urgent and unprecedented action needed to secure a sustainable future for people and nature, Raghunathan’s appointment reinforces the importance of businesses and financial institutions as a force for change. Bringing extensive experience in consulting and finance, he will advance WWF-Singapore’s partnerships with financial institutions, corporates and industry bodies in Singapore and the region.
