1500 pounds donated to World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Mongolia Office

Protection of nature must ensure participation of every person. Participation is expressed through either via form of personal engagement or monetary contribution. For execution of any work certain amount of financing is required in most of the cases. For the reason, lady mayoress Clare Gifford has donated 1500 pounds to the Program Office of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Mongolia while accompanying her husband Mr.Roger Gifford, Mayor of London during his visit to Mongolia. Esteemed guest has wished sincerely a great success to the WWF Mongolia Office staff in their effort of achieving broad range of goals set in protection of their nature and environment. Program Office of the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) in Mongolia was established in 1992 and has become a leading environmental protection institution in the country with its branches established in its western and eastern regions.The monetary donation handed in by lady mayoress Clare Gifford is decided to be used to support activities of the Agats Research Center established in the eastern region.
