World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Office in Guyana in collaboration with Global Wildlife Conservation (GWC) launches today the first in a series of reports focusing on Guyana’s incredibly rich biodiversity: ‘Biodiversity Assessment Team (BAT) Survey of the South Rupununi Savannah, Guyana’.
The publication represents the most recent (and potentially, the first) broad-based documentation of floral and faunal diversity in Guyana’s southern Rupununi region, is based on work undertaken in the Kusad Mountain and Parabara areas.
