WWF-Mongolia seeks a Marketing manager for the Mongolia Programme Office based in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

I. Major Functions • Ensures profiling of WWF-Mongolia within and beyond the WWF network through effective communication of conservation deliveries to existing donors, prospects and partners; • Develops and ensures the implementation of a Marketing strategy of WWF-Mongolia; • Instigates and implements fundraising initiatives with special focus on corporate engagement and major donors;
I. Major Functions
 Ensures profiling of WWF-Mongolia within and beyond the WWF network through effective communication of conservation deliveries to existing donors, prospects and partners;
Develops and ensures the implementation of a Marketing strategy of WWF-Mongolia;
Instigates and implements fundraising initiatives with special focus on corporate engagement and major donors; 
II. Major duties and responsibilities
Ensures development and implementation of the Marketing strategy as a guiding document to deliver upon communication  and fundraising goals of WWF-Mongolia;
Ensures development and implementation of Altai-Sayan Eco Region and Amur-Heilong Eco Region’s marketing strategies together with Programme Implementation Agreement shareholders and relevant staff of Eco-regional teams;
Establishes and maintains strategic partnership for the implementation of marketing and fundraising (major donor and corporate engagement segments) strategies;
Initiates and leads development of project proposals together with conservation staff;
Acts as country focal point for “Market Practice” and APGS (Asia Pacific Growth Strategy);  
Monitors implementation of the Marketing strategy and effectively updates it within framework of implementation of WWF Mongolia Conservation Program;
Manages  effectively the budget related to marketing and fundraising; 
III. Profile:
Required Qualifications
A higher degree in marketing, public relations or communication-related field. At least 8 years of work experience in marketing or related field. Relevant work experience both in corporate and philanthropy field can be substituted for higher academic qualification 
Technical proficiency in the field of social marketing, public relations or communication/fundraising related field, with professional experience in project/programme planning and implementationRequired Skills and Competencies
Strong skills in four essential roles of a marketer: Strategic thinker, innovator, integrator and implementer.
Ability to liaise effectively with individual and corporate sector donors and good communication and negotiation skills,
Excellent inter-personal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within WWF Network and, as required, with external stakeholders;
Strong leadership and team building skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills in Mongolian and English
