WWF Kenya has developed its 5 year strategic plan (2015-2019) to enable the transformation into a stronger office. Clearly outlined in the Strategic Plan are the overarching operational goals of which HR is a key pointer towards this achievement. To strengthen HR/Change Management capabilities to support the implementation of the strategic plan, an experienced Human Resource professional will be engaged to develop an effective HR Strategy / Plan.
