Baltic Sea Farmer of the Year Award 2014

Posted on September, 16 2014

Many farmers are prepared to go the extra mile in order to help save the Baltic Sea. With the WWF Baltic Sea Farmer of the Year Award, WWF aims to inspire farmers and decision makers in the agricultural sector by showcasing examples of farmers that are leading the way. The nine national winners of this year's competition demonstrate measures that they have taken on their own initiative to reduce nutrient runoff from their farms. The competition is now in its fifth year and has grown to receive strong interest from farmers across the entire region.

In the brochure you will have the chance to meet the winners of the 2014 competition and learn more about how they are collectively making a difference for the Baltic Sea! You can also read about the previous winners from 2013 here: Baltic Sea Farmer of the Year 2013.
