To celebrate World Sea Turtle Day, WWF Guianas has prepared an Infographic about the Sea turtles of the Guianas.
To celebrate World Sea Turtle Day, WWF Guianas has prepared an Infographic about the Sea turtles of the Guianas. Five of the Seven species of turtles are found in the Guianas and our region provides among the most important nesting beaches in South America. All species in the Guianas are protected however they are still facing numerous natural and human threats. WWF Guianas is committed to work with partners in all three countries to ensure the long-term protection of these shared turtle populations.
