Stop the pillaging of natural resources and make way for green infrastructures

Face the environmental degradation made by the Human being, a workshop has been organized this last November by the National Coalition of Environmenta lAdvocacy (NCEA) supported by the WWF. The workshop aimed to promote green infrastructures in Madagascar.
Face the environmental degradation made by the Human being, a workshop has been organized this last November by the National Coalition of Environmenta lAdvocacy (NCEA) supported by the WWF. The workshop aimed to promote green infrastructures in Madagascar.

Green infrastructures are interconnected networks of green spaces which include natural and semi natural areas, terrestral and marin, scatteredinto a region or a country. By the end of the workshop, some strategic lines of advocacy has been established in three levels in order to promote green infrastructures.

At the local level, the NCEA will promote the implemetation of a combination of green and grey infrastructures (highways, factories, …). Advocacies, lobbying, engaging decision-makers and communication campaign will be done at the national level. Finally, partnership research will be conducted for green infrastructure promotion at international level.
