Tender announcement (purchasing GIS software and conducting training)
WWF-Caucasus Programme Office (WWF-CauPO) is implementing a project “Improving the Resilience of Forest Ecosystems through Adaptive Forest Management” (Ajara Autonomous Republic, Georgia). The project is funded by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). One of the key components of the project involve the supporting of inventory of forests managed by the Forestry Agency of Ajara (FAA).
Within the framework of this component, WWF-CauPO is planning to purchase GIS software and conduct necessary training for the FAA staff. Consequently, WWF-CauPO is looking for a firm to provide the GIS software and respective services.
The service should be commenced in October 2015 and completed by the end of November 2015. Additional details are provided in the attached Terms of Reference. Applicants should provide the following information:
  1. The description of offered GIS software and related service (training)
  2. Total price, including transportation, taxes applicable in accordance with Georgian legislation and all other expenditures.
