WWF, Danube-Carpathian Programme Office, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic roll-out coordinator, oracle financials. The position is full-time. It can be based in either Bucharest or Budapest and is for a period of 7 months, starting 14 September  2015. The application deadline is 28 July.
 
Here is a detailed description of the position:
 
The Roll-out Coordinator contributes to the WWF mission in general and to the WWF Danube Carpathian Programme (DCP) performance in particular, through effectively driving the implementation of financial processes migration to Oracle Financials of our offices in Bucharest, Budapest, Sofia and Vienna.

The Roll-out Coordinator will report to WWF International Financial Application Project Manager and the WWF DCP Head of Operations and will be based in Bucharest or Budapest. The position is available for a period of 7 months, starting 14 September  2015.
 
Major Functions of the Role include:
 
  • To coordinate all activities requested by the Financial Application Project Manager to ensure successful Roll out of Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution in WWF DCP offices based on a global pre-defined solution (Oracle Light), including the coordination of the preparation of the prerequisite conditions (Trial Balance cleansing and audit internet service quality in each individual location prior to ERP implementation).
 
  • To ensure that deliverables and actions are communicated and completed according to the pre-defined schedule.
 
Your main responsibilities will include:
 
  • Coordinate activities with the PO’s stakeholders : Head of Operations, Finance Managers, Finance Super Users, IT
  • Promote ORACLE Light standardized business processes and manage stakeholders’ expectations
  • Coordinate the business requirement by making sure questionnaires are filled in with all relevant information from the office to ensure successful transition (e.g. account mapping, account balances, supplier information, supplier balances)
  • Identify mandatory legal country specific processes and reporting requirements. Liaise on implementation of solutions for the mandatory local legal regulations
  • Support Conference Room Pilot and provide feedbacks
  • Make sure  the infrastructure and facilities are ready for the trainings and support / deliver the trainings
  • Coordinate the execution of User Acceptance Tests (“UAT”), review and prioritize the UAT incidents
  • Facilitate the sign off on UAT Test Closure (“UAT”)
  • Ensure the transition from current systems (ACCPAC, Wizcount and BMD) to Oracle (TB mapping) and support the Trial Balance cleansing activities  (TB cleansing)
  • Track progress of cutover activities
  • Responsible for reporting status, issues and/or risks to the Project Manager
  • Provide first line support to local Country office users during the post go-live period
  • Coordinate the work of external consultants ensure the backfilling, if any
 
We expect from you:

2.   Knowledge: A university degree in finance / accounting; good knowledge of Oracle R12 financial modules
 
3.   Experience: At least 5 years of financial project management experience, with multi-country stakeholders, preferably in the NGO sector; 3+ years experience in an E-business techno-Functional role.
 
4.     Skills and Abilities:
 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills with ability to set priorities, complete work with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage user expectation and solve problems proactively
  • Aptitude for clear and concise oral and written communication
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a “virtual” team spread across multiple countries and locations and to travel  frequently
  • A service and can-do attitude
  • Result oriented, proactive, self-starter
