The WWF report “Crossing the Divide: How to Close the Emissions Abyss” reveals possibilities for reducing emission in 10 countries. As the United Nations climate negotiations in Paris are progressing, WWF releases a report that draws attention to the fact that emissions will peak within pre-2020 period. The issue includes citizens and their lifestyles worldwide, which increases the importance of the problem. It is the World's governments who hold power in their hands, and who can contribute to planet's survival by showing determination, leadership and foresight. Therefore, hopefully the attention of UN negotiators and world leaders will be reached in time to benefit both, The Earth's environment and economy.
