WWF Lao Country Office is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced Lao national candidates to work for the following positions:

With projects and offices in Cambodia, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam, WWF Greater Mekong Programme Office is working to conserve 600,000 km2 of mainland Asia's most biologically diverse, economically significant and threatened forests and rivers, which are found in the Mekong Region and home to more than 300 million people in the region.

WWF Lao Country Office is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced Lao national candidates to work for the following positions:

1. Policy Coordinator, WWF Laos (full-time)
(This is a previously advertised position)
Base location: Vientiane, Lao PDR
The Policy Coordinator is responsible for initiating and leading specific policy advocacy action plan in accordance to GMPO Strategic Plan FY11-FY15 – mainly at the national level - aiming to build political support for actions that will have positive impacts on WWF and partner biodiversity conservation goals.
Salary range: from US$ 8,089 to US$ 12,139 per year (gross)

2. Xepian National Protected Area Manager (full-time)
Base location: Champasak province, Lao PDR
The Xepian NPA Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management and implementation of the project in charge and ensures the compliance with the Project Document and WWF’s contractual obligations. This includes responsibilities for technical, financial and administrative aspects of the Project. He/she will oversee the development of management systems, operational procedures and capacity building for key project counterparts.
Salary range: from US$ 8,736 to US$ 13,114 per year (gross)

3. Administration Officer - WWF Laos – Greater Mekong Programme (full-time)
Base location: Vientiane, Lao PDR
The Administration Officer is responsible for the effective provision of daily administrative services to all staff in WWF Laos. Responsible to arrange logistics for events and meetings held in WWF Laos to ensure that they are properly organised and conducted, and that minutes are accurately recorded, travel arrangement for both national and international including booking vehicles and accommodation, purchasing tickets and travel insurance, arranging visas and work permit.
Salary range: from US$ 4,937 to US$ 7,409 per year (gross)

4. IT Officer - WWF Laos (full-time)
Base location: Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR
The IT Officer ensures the development, implementation and monitoring of IT action plan, which is aligned to the GMPO IT Strategy. He/she also ensures the smooth and efficient function of IT system of WWF (Country) and provides technical helps on electricity related issues when required.
Salary range: from US$ 4,937 to US$ 7,409 per year (gross)
