La Paz
La Paz or Our Lady of La Paz (official name) is the capital of the Department of La Paz and the seat for the Bolivian government.

The 2001 census registered a population of 1,552,1561 for its metropolitan area, including the city of El Alto. The center of the city is roughly 3650 m.a.s.l. and together with the city of El Alto makes up the largest urban and populated city in Bolivia.

The Superintendence for Electricity, the Municipal Government of La Paz and the Electropaz power company are jointly coordinating efforts for Earth Hour.
