Virtual Communications volunteer for WWF Myanmar

WWF is looking for a virtual communications volunteer for its office based in Myanmar.
Background
WWF-Asia Pacific is looking for volunteers to support the production of high quality native English languages materials to showcase the conservation work across the region including report, stories, concept notes and other materials. The volunteer will work closely with the Asia Pacific Communications support team and across the seven countries in the region.

Responsibilities and Duties
 
The position will include the following responsibilities and duties:
  • Writing copy to a brief
  • Rewriting draft copy
  • Edit for both style and readability to produce materials that are clear and concise
  • Proofing copy
  • Liaising with the content owner and others for any required clarifications including fact checking
  • Adhere to WWF editorial guidelines
Qualifications
  • Native English speaker
  • Prior experience as writing, editor and proof reader required
