WWF is playing a leading role at World Water Week in Stockholm in 2024
This year's SIWI World Water Week in Stockholm (25-29 August) is focused on the theme of Bridging Borders: Water for a Peaceful and Sustainable Future.

As always, WWF will be sending a high level team to World Water Week - highlighting the diverse value of freshwater ecosystems to people and nature, celebrating the partnerships that are central to our work and impact, promoting the Freshwater Challenge, water stewardship and collective action, and showcasing solutions to the world's water crisis and the ongoing loss of freshwater ecosystems and biodiversity.

Remember - online events are free. You just need to register for oline access via the programme link.
WWF Events: Along with events in the main World Water Week venue, WWF will also be sharing the Nature Hub booth with a variety of partners, including TNC and Wetlands International.
  • Water Stewardship Hub
Alongside the main conference, WWF-Sweden is coordinating a special 2-day event on Water Stewardship on 27th and 28th August with sessions hosted by WWF and partners, including Alliance for Water Stewardship, CEO Water Mandate, TNC, Wash4Work and WaterAid. The event will explore a range of topics, including the latest on the drive to accelerate collective action, sharing experiences on SBTN, water-resilient agricultural value chains etc. Please download the programme briefing for details on each session.
