Tips for printing: Individual pages are 10x12 inches (300mm wide x 250mm high). To print the 'single page layout' document from a desktop printer that is limited to A4 or Letter sized paper, select "fit-to-page" before printing. Printing the 'two page layout' documents (20x12 inches/600mm wide x 250mm high) on one page is best at 1:1, as the text will be very tiny if the files are reduced to A4 or Letter landscape.
