Dive for Debris in Zanzibar had a great turn out of about 160 people of which 19 of them were divers from the Buccaneer Divers Association who actually dove into the sea to collect plastic debris. The rest cleaned the beach along Paje.
The Isles Government was represented by The Director from the Vice President’s Office (Isles) Ms. Farhat. In attendance were the students from schools around Paje, UNDP, Scania and the community members.
