I am so sad to hear this news, and send my condolences to the other people in the helicopter as well; dignitaries, crew, etc."

"Without their willingness to find and work answers to aid both the animals/habitats and the people of Nepal, their accomplishment would never have come to fruition. They are truly the heroes of our world, working together, hand in hand, to overcome very difficult circumstances. May the families find peace in the ultimate sacrifice their loved ones suffered to bring peace and hopefully prosperity among the people, quality life to the animals and their habitats, and the great work and determination it took to bring it all about! NAMASTE!"

I read from your site that: 'When translated, Kangchenjunga means - the five treasures of snows, the treasures represent the five repositories of God, which are gold, silver, gems, grain and holy books.'

Now I am sure there is another repository, which is the soul of such great and devoted hearts and minds. I am deeply saddened.

"I was very shocked and saddened to hear about the tragic accident in Nepal that claimed Jennifer's life. I would very much like to pass along my heart felt condolences to the Headley family. Jennifer and I were colleagues with the Department of Sustainable Development in Nunavut in 2000/2001. While I only knew her for a relatively short period of time she had the kind of personality that leaves a lasting impression on everyone that she came into contact with."

"She had a smile that would light up a room and it had a very positive contagious effect on everyone around her. Her overall passion for work and life was unmatched. While I’m sure it’s of little solace to her family at the moment, they should take some comfort in the fact that she died doing something she truly loved and her life, while far to short, had a profound impact on many people."
Carey Bonnell, St. Philips, Newfoundland

Words are not suffice to express ones thoughts in these circumstances. It is very very sorrowful to hear the news of the demise of defenders of natural resources because, as in recent past it was clearly evident that there is a paucity for such people in the world.

I wish to register my deepest condolonces to all of you in Nepal and at WWF. Very recently I was made aware of the tremendous work WWF is carrying for the benefit of mankind accross the globe, when I visted the Eastern African Regional Office situated in Kenya. Feel assured of our full support to your causes.

My family and I are very sad at the loss of these unique human beings. I knew Mingma Norbu in Nepal and in the USA, and I respected him deeply. His photograph on your website shows his true spirit. To him and to the others whom I did not know - may their combined good karma allow them a happy and enlightened rebirth.
