Europe Day in Armenia

May 12, 2012 – On the occasion of Europe Day, the European Delegation to Armenia organized the event in the Northern Avenue of Yerevan in Armenia to celebrate the EU-Armenia cooperation and European culture diversity. An open information fair telling about European culture and EU-Armenia cooperation including thematic fields of cooperation such as education, environment, institution building, children’s protection and many others was organized.

WWF-Armenia jointly with IUCN and World Bank participated in the fair to present ENPI FLEG program in Armenia and the EU funded ENRTP project to the wider public. The event was launched by an overnight performance on May 11 and the next day was accompanied by different contests, workshops, quizzes, award ceremonies and European music and dances.
