Video - Pnong People

This movie presents the traditional beliefes and livelihoods of the indigenous Pnong People in Mondulkiri province, Cambodia, whose lives depend on the local natural resources.

Conflict between indigenous Pnong and newcomers has become serious.

Local protected areas are threatened by forset clearance for ownership and land speculation.

These issues are being resolved by WWF and its partners using a methodology called Participatory Land Use Planning.

The video was made possible with funding from USAID, via Associates in Rural Development and October Hill Foundation.
