WWF Company Partnerships

WWF is increasingly working with large corporations which are important, worldwide buyers, traders and processors of priority commodities that impact WWF´s priority places for biodiversity conservation.

Such corporate partnerships are designed to improve the sustainability of a specific supply chain, for example, in terms of its water use and carbon footprint, and the way commodities are sourced.

Company Partnerships often start with action on one commodity, and generally further expand to other commodities or business areas.

Some examples of global companies with which WWF has formed partnerships on agricultural and fisheries commodities are The Coca Cola Company, IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Carrefour, Kroger and Walmart.
