One Planet Leaders Executive Education, South Africa

Leading change through sustainability innovation

South Africa’s sustainable development is an enormous challenge which requires innovation, leadership and collaboration across various sectors of society. In response, WWF-South Africa and UCT have joined forces to deisgn and organize an Executive Education Program bringing together leaders from government, business, industry and civil society.

Taking a systems thinking approach, this program is about collectively exploring change processes through sustainability innovation, with a strong focus on leadership for change. A change project will enable an application of learning in the social context of delegates.

The course is 4 month in duration, structured around 2 x five day in situ sessions at the UCT Graduate School of Business campus in Cape Town, South Africa with a web-based tutorial session aimed to support the development of a change project between the 2 sessions.
