WWF-Laos: Project Support Officer - Siphandone

WWF-Laos, part of WWF-Greater Mekong’s regional programme, is working to conserve the country’s biodiversity and build a secure and sustainable future for people and wildlife.

 

WWF-Lao Country Office is seeking to recruit well-qualified and experienced Lao National candidate to work for Project Support Officer - Siphandone Project.

Project Support Officer – Siphandone Project (full-time)

Base location: Pakse of Champasack Province, Lao PDR

The Project Support Officer – Siphandone Project provides assistance in various aspects of administration, finance and implementation of the Siphandone project and ensures compliance with operations systems, policies and procedures of WWF-Laos

Qualification required:

·               College diploma in finance and accounting or in relevant fields, bachelor’s degree is an advantage

·               2 years of practical experience as Project Support Officer or Project Assistant

·               Good understanding of administrative and financial management in non-profit organisations

·               Basic knowledge of environmental and conservation issues in Laos

·               Familiarity with the project area is preferred

·               Fluency in written and spoken English
