This edition starts with a balance sheet of 2012 on our work of promoting China's shift towards a green economy and sustainable development, with fresh resolutions for 2013. It highlights the recently-published China Ecological Footprint Report 2012 and series of activities around it. Through this report, you can read more about China's demand on nature - the current situation, challenges ahead and our recommendations.

Besides, it presents our progress of Fighting Illegal Wildlife Trade Campaign and articulates that illegal wildlife poaching has became a problem of national security for African countries by the case study in Cameroon. You will also be updated about our work on sustainable finance and indicator system for green development in China.
